Don't be fooled, it's rained buckets here today so this is an old one...
I like how the couple are so tiny in the landscape, they wandered into the shot, stopped had a hug, looked at the view and then carried on their walk. It just seemed that every thing around them was theirs, they owned the landscape and the light for just a moment.
So beautiful. You spot the loveliest shots.
(I've always wanted to live near the sea... serious question - are there any downsides apart from howling wet gales?!)
We are expecting it to start raining again tomorrow and right through the weekend :) So much for my new walking routine. Oh, well, there is always ice cream!
@filsie65 thanks, I love living here and I don't think I could live too far away from the sea. Worst part, for me are the noisy tourists, drunks and people who make a mess. You should see the beach on a sunday morning after the Saturday night party people. There's normally a small army of street cleaners out just after dawn. The weather, I love it all, from storms to sun and yes it can blow a hooley, but the sea does look so amazing when the weather is bad. You'll find me on the beach when it's low season and you get a bit of it to yourself, or at least just the locals. I think I'll always live by the sea but perhaps move somewhere more rural, I quite fancy Dorset. Jurassic coast and French Lieutenants woman and all that.... Lovely
