This lovely young lady was doing her work experience from school at the National Trust Property "Attingham Park " when I visited on Thursday !We had a lovely chat and she obligingly posed for a "at work" photo for me !
It hasn't been a good week for me with my cataract op cancelled ! , telephoned hospital re my shoulder op -- that is still getting further and further away -- now it could be Aug before I will get the op !! Yesterday I had a Hosp app, at the cardio/respiratory dept for tests re lung function and to bring home and test overnight equipment to monitor my sleep pattern as I may be suffering with Sleep Apnoea !
Thank you all for your comments , and favs -- so much appreciated ! --Have a great weekend !
Not a National Trust property I have visited, so looked it up. The picture reminds me of Clandon, which sadly burnt down earlier this year. When you see something that has stood since the 1700's you assume it will always be there, sadly there are no guarantees in life. In addition to the house, the gardens look like they are worth a visit in their own right.
Looks a very pretty place. I wonder how many young people choose this type of work experience, I think I would have loved it! Sorry about all the medical issues Beryl! It's almost July so August isn't too far away now, although I appreciate that's a long time to be in pain - hang in there!
Lovely shot and what a great place to be doing work experience.
Sorry to hear your ops have been delayed yet again. Hopefully they will be sorted soon.
I had sleep apnoea tests a while ago but they reckoned it wasn't bad enough for a cpap machine, which I tried and didn't get along with anyway.
Great shot with the lovely flowers surrounding the young Lady. Sorry to hear you have to wait even longer for your treatment .My hubby has sleep apnoea after spending time at Papworth sleep clinic last year he was diagnosed as stopped breathing 12 times an hour now he has an oxygen machine to use at home 15 hours a day and only has apnoea 4 times an hour It has taken 20 years to get a diagnosis for his tiredness after docs kept saying he couldn't have sleep apnoea because he wasn't over weight. He now has heart and lung problems.
Sorry to hear your ops have been delayed yet again. Hopefully they will be sorted soon.
