Pancakes

At last I got round to posting my Pancakes . We actually eat them last night (weds) as Gary was not in on Tuesday evening !!

My pancakes have to be served with the traditional lemon and sugar --delicious !!
Pancakes - word for Feb.

A very cold and frosty morning here today , a day to tackle some household chores - not very inspirational !!

I like lemon and sugar on mine too although I remember once when we were skiing in France many years ago I had crêpes with fresh raspberries and chocolate ice cream and that was pretty good too!!! Lovely foodie shot.

I like mine with lemon & sugar too Beryl. When we were little my mum used to give us them with syrup. Yours look beautifully cooked. I always say the same thing after we have eaten them...' We should have pancakes more often '
