I have not been out today so this photo was taken just after Christmas when on my journey.in Attingham Park NT Such a bright coloured plant on a dull Winter's day .
@shilohmom Yes it is submitting one photo per day but having been on 365 for 4 years one does occasionally fill in when nothing else can be done -- we relax the rules a little !!
@shilohmom Batya, just thought I would give you my opinion on the take-and-post-a-photo-each-day rule. I know that is written somewhere, and many are able to stick with that, but lots of us who have been here awhile relax about that when we realize it just can't always work. In my case, I work part-time and tend to take several good photos all at once that I want to use, so I don't stress about the rule! I say, It's YOUR project, make it work for you, which is better than quitting!
Agree with Lynn...in a week I'll be finishing my first year and I was pretty hard on myself to get the one post for each day (be it in my 356 album or overflow). However, decided I really want to continue long term but will have to relax and not stress over the daily post otherwise it's just not going to be doable. I love 365 and all the wonderful people I've met but it is a huge commitment.
@dridsdale I find it's much more fun after year 1 and the stress of daily taking/processing/posting can be replaced by particular projects and goals we set for ourselves.
I was pretty good about posting that day's photo in the first year but after six years I domwhat works for me even posting a photo sent from family, I feel I've earned it! @shilohmom
Lovely shrub at its best Beryl!
