A week away was a good idea and so booked a week in Llandudno when I saw that a late availability appeared in the apartments we previously stayed at ! But even the best plans come amiss . Yesterday I found a defect in one of my car's tyres . so took it to be fixed , to find that as all the tyres were getting towards their tread limit I had 4 tyres replaced , in doing this the mechanic found one shock absorption spring was broken ( he showed me ) and advised I should have it done asp !!! So I am having that done this morning ! By the end of the day I could hardly move with a bad back (after changing my bedding !!) Still suffering this morning but hope it will behave to travel tomorrow !! Sorry if here will be lack of comments on my part for the next week -- I shall post when I can
Ooh Beryl, what an expense too! Your pocket will be a lot lighter, hope you have some money left over for proper eating out meals on your hols! Seriously that is the last thing the day before you go away! Take some ibuprofen & rest up. Hope you have a lovely holiday in your lovely Wales! Great dahlia too!
@happypat - What a couple of days , thank goodness I was quite organised up till then !! so by tonight car is partly packed ready for the morning , Shall drop Alfie off at the kennels on the way in the morning . As for the back I have been taking my painkillers regularly and frequently rubbing my back with painkilling gel . it is slightly better by now !! !
