Yesterday's lunch of pasta bolognaise -- made from scratch with no bottled or jarred sauces !! I love my home made one .My mojo has left me and like may of you I find it difficult to find anything of interest to take a photo of at the moment .
Not feeing on top of the world at the moment with a flare up of my polymyalgia -- I have an appointment at the Dr's this afternoon as my last blood test was not so good and need a repeat done and to discuss medication ! Trying to get an appointment is virtually impossible at Health centre ! but somehow I finally managed to get one today !!
Poor thing! My father suffered from this as well - the good thing is this is that it can suddenly. disappear. Hope you feel better soon, your supper looks delicious. p.s. I always think of that Christmas cake you 365d.

Love the noodles. We do get the same shell like ones here. Hope you are feeling better. Think we are in the same boat. Not feeling well and not able to go out much we do have to take photos indoors. That is a challenge!
I googled - polymyalgia. I do suffer from Fibromalgy. FInd it difficult to walk these days with a crutch. Must exercise plan to visit my children in London this year,
