My red Poppy

The 1st of my large red and blousy poppies has opened and looks magnificent amongst some blue flowers in the garden !
A beautiful sunny day of which I have spent the morning in hospital - the ist app for a follow up after a shoulder injection which unfortunately could mean further surgery ! I then had to wait approx 2 hrs for the time for my appointment at the Ophthalmology & Orthoptic Clinic for my annual diabetic Eye screening test .now I have blurred vision till the effect of the eye drops wear off ! Now for a light lunch !
