A covering of snow

After last night flurry of snow we wake up to a very cold morning with a small covering of snow - making a pretty scene in the garden especially when the sun shone !!

we had about same as you beryl. but more was forecast over the staffordshire moorlands. looked very pretty when i went swimming this morning on the trees
