Yellow celandine

Amazing what one finds while walking out in the garden . This little wild flower ( I refuse to call such a bright beautiful flower a weed ) had found a home and was growing in an abandoned plant pot .

I love celendines they pop up all over my garden for a few weeks and then disappear again until next year they are really no trouble at all.
