The phlox in the garden are in their glory , my favourite summer perennial .
I am not a happy bunny this morning - my head is still full of this blasted head cold lurgy plus the Gas boiler saga continues ! Yesterday morning the gas engineer came out to fix my boiler , putting in a new part ( I think he said mother board ! ) He came and went in about 1/2hour - and all seemed fine , with the boiler doing its job ! --- till last night as I was making a bed-time drink I noticed the flashing red warning light and F13 coming up on the screen ! So I booked another visit via their web site for a morning appointment between 8am and 1pm . So here I am sitting with my cup of coffee feeling rather disgruntled with the world . Although dry at the moment it looks as if we are in for some rain showers today as there are dark clouds rolling around above ! At least it will save on any watering in the garden !! Another weekend - enjoy .!!

Just lovely! Such beautiful colors. Thereās a saying here, āitās always somethingā, that comedian Gilda Radner coined (she even wrote a book by that title). There are times that quote describes my life, and recently I think it would apply to yours. All will be well before long though! š
