Tea caddy ,tea light and dried tea-roses --a blast from the past The tea caddy no longer holds tea , the key is lost , now only holds bits and bobs ! The tea-light glows on these dark evenings , The dried roses in memory of my little Alfie ! .
Another wet and gloomy day , and the afternoon wasted in waiting for a 2.30 pm telephone consultation from the hospital waited all afternoon to no avail ! telephoned the booking office for the second time at 5.00 pm to be told to phone the consultant's secretary tomorrow ! I had been on tenterhooks all afternoon ! Ah well , there could be valid explanation !
Oh Beryl, it is just wrong for someone not to call you and tell you they would have to call a different day. I am sorry, I hope they call you today and that they can offer a solution to your dilemma.
A lovely composition with Alfie's roses Beryl. I love to leave roses in the vase to see if they dry I have some red ones from Micks tribute and some from a very pretty pink bouquet I received . I hope you get your phone call tomorrow nothing ever runs to plan nowadays does it. Fav
