I love spring time when the Variegated Pieris sprout out new life - the new growth are bright red and look like bunches of flowers all over the bush !
This morning a wonderful and sunny day - and a much calmer day in the household . Determined to get through to the gas people - and after a second attempt I was put through to a pleasant lady - I am sure they get a lot of agro from customers and was so apologetic of my experience the previous day . - (of course not her fault , bless her ! ) On looking on the records - the engineer of the previous day had not mentioned the need of a power-flush in his report now I will need another engineer to assess the situation before deciding if it needs to be done --- aaaargh ! booked for May ! -- all ready for the battle - if it occurs !
Ready to go supervising in the garden now after lunch !!
Ps - before I got out to the garden I had a phone-call from the rheumatopogist centre wanting me to go for a blood test - if I could go there within the next 1/2 hour ( 7ish miles ) as the bloods were collected at that time ! . So went as I was in my gardening togs , went up the motorway cussing to myself at any slow and large vehicle in my way !! Got there got my blood test given a prescription for the same dosage of prednisolone as I am on already , and the rheumatologist had left the building for the day !!!!!!!!!!! So n0w at home again waiting a phone-call to clarify the situation , am I to go on a double dose for a short period of time or not ! Shall forget the gardening me thinks ! Sorry to bore you !

Well you are having an exciting life Beryl....could do without it all too...all comes at once! Your gas story is a education as we know nothing about gas at all being used to oil heating...gas is a mystery....power flush sounds a bit medical....we will have to learn.
