@quietpurplehaze Thanks Ray for getting me out of the misery of kicking myself for not knowing . Had seen them before on another NT estate but for the life of me couldn't remember what they were ,but once you mentioned them Hazel it GRADUALLY dawned on me -yes they are Walnuts .
I was interesting in the balance scales as I had an old balanced scale from my grandmother's village shop . Had it for years but had no place now to display it and the cleaning of all the brass had something to do with me selling it !!
