Always lovely to see your Welsh poppies . Mine have all disappeared from the garden over these last few years.

Very pretty. I have a cluster of them in my front garden. They must have self set a few years ago, as I hadn't planted them.

@carolmw They are prolific at spreading but so pretty !! Most probably a bird had dropped a seed !

These are lovely. Growing in our garden too, but they are called 'Icelandic poppies' here.

@gijsje the " icelantic "poppy and the "Welsh Poppy " are different Bep and have a different leaf formation and l have googled them both to find that the Iclantic poppies botanical name is Papaver Nudicaule while the Welsh Poppy is Papaver Cambricum ! Hope this will interest you !
