When I heard about this week's theme, this was the first thing I thought of. I don't know why but it was. So, I brushed my teeth and flossed EXTRA well... threw on some lip gloss and got to shooting.
I found it really hard to take such a close up shot of my mouth... so I actually took a photo of my entire face and then cropped it down to this. Obviously I airbrushed my skin quite a bit and then I added the Cinemascope effect in Picnik. I'm pretty stoked with how it came out... it always nice to have the photo look like the idea that was in your head, right? =)
@nectarfizz I find myself being envious on this sight all the time!! I'm sure if you just keep at it, you'll be able to just as well if not better than I did! =)
This is fantastic! Great job and I know exactly how hard it is to shoot this. I did a shot just like it for Halloween. Do you know it looks just like the opening scene from Rocky Horror Picture Show? This is kinda wierd., check it out. http://365project.org/joannemed/365/2010-10-29

@sebjourneys Go for it!! I found it really hard to get the focus I wanted this close up. So I took it further out of my whole face. Then, I cropped it down to look like this. Have fun!! =)
