At least, I think that is the variety name for this lovely little spirea. The leaves are a wonderful colour all summer, but particularly good when they are coming out in the spring. The only drawback is the flowers, which are pink and, to my eye, clash horribly with the leaves. So, each year I'm tempted to cut off all the flowers, but can never bring myself to do it.
