World Wide Minute 2019 - Taking to the mat!

For the first time I took part in the 5:47pm world minute!
I had to sneak my phone into class for a minute to get a quick pic, hopefully without anybody seeing!

Looks like yoga. They frown on cameras and phones in my class also. Makes for an interesting shot though.
