The meals in this book are so tasty and slimming too! Going well I'm now at 9st:1lbs so hopefully next week back to seeing the 8st...I really did over indulge in Berlin and carried on enjoying Christmas ... got to enjoy life! I'm really enjoying back to the healthy eating again it's so much nicer!
