Had an awesome birthday. Day started with hubby and I breakfast at Bill's. When we arrived back Millie was just getting out of her car with Mac'donalds hot chocolate?? Well we then had to wait downstairs as they were still in the middle of their planning!! That suited us as hubby wanted to write some emails for work (hoping that the meeting in Madrid or Barcelona will go ahead as I can then go over with him and explore for a few days
What a lovely surprise when we went upstairs they had helium filled balloons ..... and presents on the table. Millie had nipped out to get 45 balloons only to find that they were NOT available so wrote 5 over the top of 0 how sweet :-)
Becka was watching out the window called Millie mum and dad are back and apparently she ducked behind her car .... then just thought oh act cool and just walk to the door with hot chocolates in hand. There was a lot of giggling going on.
Opened presents and cards. I received a beautiful new outfit from Monsoon and nice sandals to finish the outfits and also a lovely set of pens from Paperchase. Hubby bought me a fabulous jacket from Superdry and also a gorgeous purse from Ted Baker and also received some money that I'm going to put towards my next photography purchase :-)
Hubby also received a nice new outfit from the girls and money that he will probably put towards his train set :-)
Late afternoon we went over to Lakeside to look at sofas really liked the La-Z-Boy suite. The girls were 'starving' so we when and enjoyed a meal at TGI Fridays to have a think about it. Really delicious meals and cocktails:-)
We then when back and purchased the suite while the girls went shopping in the BM store.
Sounds like a perfect day :) I love bill's, I have one near me and it's always a treat to go there! I love the sound of your pressies too...in fact, I have some of them myself!! Happy birthday! X
