Poached!

Hubby cooks a perfect poached egg and as we are both calorie counting we even shared a muffin!

Well its going well ....
Breakfast - Poached egg on half a muffin
Lunch - Two clementines
Dinner - Baked fish with chorizo crust , creamy mash and green beans .... recipe in The Hairy Dieters, Eat For Life book.

So today I'm well within my calories :-)
