It pays to complain...

My daughter wrote to McDonald's via the web on Sunday and this is what she received in the post this morning. She was very happy when she came in from work.
Looking forward to tomorrow Hubby arrives back from his business trip to Bahrain then onto Riyadh and now home yipeee
Thank you for all your wonderful comments I really do appreciate them and I will get round to looking at all your wonderful shots but that my time for 365 is very limited at the moment just so busy, I'm so sorry but promise to catch up soon I hope. I just wish there was more hours in the day.

Its always good to write to the companies and mostly you get a voucher of some sort back, if you have a reason for complaint
