Had a wonderful day today after all the hassle of traffic! I started off and was going to go down the A2 to head over to mums noticed slow moving traffic....so I thought I'll head the back way. Whoops bad decision still traffic and this time stand still! Anyway thought I'll head to Swanley market since there was light rain. But while there it seemed to brighten up. So hmmm I think I know my way from here so off to Eltham I go motoring along then....traffic! Anyways got to mums, popped in said a quick hello to dad then walked to the station London zoo here I come!
Now back home and sorting through all the shots I took on both cameras.
Three good things today
1. Great day at the zoo
2. Speaking to hubby on FaceTime
3. Fish n chips for dinner
Dark subject suck the light light a black hole and you need to compensate for that.
Here there is very little detail in the fur but you have detail in the background. If you compensated for the fun then it the background would be brighter but that is a trade off right?
Do you prefer the background to be exposed and have no detail on your subject or detail on the subject with a brighter background?
@agima I prefer detail on the subject with a brighter background, thank you for commenting it is the only way I'm going to get better. I really do appreciate you taking the time.
