A stitch in time saves nine!

A wonderful day relaxing. The thimble in the shot was given to me when I was sixteen at my interview to practise with in the six weeks before starting my YTS menswear tailoring course. I hated it at time but now I cannot sew without a thimble! And most annoying they do not make them like they used too :-( So this thimble is very precious!

Three goos things today
1. A lovely time in Bexleyheath
2. Relaxing day
3. Poached eggs for breakfast- hubby is fab at cooking poached eggs.
