1. Keeping up the walking another 3 miles today!
2. Menu plan and food shopping all done by 9am got to keep up the good work it was nice seeing 9:8 on the scales this morning - hopefully I'll lose at least another 2lbs before our trip to Brussels and Brugge.
3. Enjoying a gin and tonic tonight - well why not I think I deserve it :-)
