Becky needed to go to Primark to exchange trainers so while in there a little shopping!! Saw this case and said to Becky this will be great for India its so light so will be great for ALL our shopping! At the tills still thinking about weather its a good idea. Becky just said buy it then if you change your mind just return it! Well I decided its a good idea as both of us will probably buy loads and been so light is a very good advantage so all ready just the jabs to get in a few months.....I think its three jabs... and trying to get more relaxed and not get so worked up by the thought of having these jabs - the appointment at Guys for the phobia of needles was I feel a total waste of time so trying different techniques to cope.
YOu won't miss that in a hurry!! I always look away when needles come near... I reckon that the nurse is the only person who needs to look so I busy myself elsewhere and breathe deeply. (Given blood 22 times so I guess it works a bit..!) My friends have just come back from a month in India and from their tales I'd say it's definitely worth 3 jabs.. tell yourself 'in 5 minutes it'll all be over and then I'll be off and....' x
