A walk to Bluewater after my physiotherapy appointment, to have a play with the lens ball on its first trip out! (Well actually I have took it out before but forgot about it until I got home 😄. Quite enjoyed the fun but still needs practice.
1. Now discharged from physiotherapy as my back is so much better but still need to carry with the exercises.
