This morning a visit to the hospital an appointment for the lower back pain I still keep getting after I hurt my back about a year ago so thought I would get it checked out. Well not sure if it was a good or bad thing to do!! My poor back was in pain for most for the day due to the pushing, stretching this way that way.... I will be getting a letter fo physiotherapy and if that does work there are other options but she didn't say what. She mentioned thats its probably a trapped nerve.

3. A nice evening shopping trip out with Millie - 0nly to Aldi but so nice going with Millie as we love to have a look at all the other household, craft and bits and bits they get in.
You could spend ages in Aldi.....I was in yesterday! I thought of you this afternoon when I was mending two holes in my new LK Bennet sweater! Caught on the wire on the washing line...should have dried it flat indoors!
These lower back pains are so plentiful and can be caused by so many things! I wish someone had an implement that would tell exactly what the problem was. What a dear little heart zip!
