Today went over to visit mum and dad and also mother-in-law. A wonderful morning.
Afternoon had a walk to Bluewater for my daily 3 miles and also want to complete the rings each day on my watch so far have done very well only two days where I have 11/12 for standing so I think I’m doing very well let’s hope next time I get on the scales I will be at least another 2lbs lighter.
