School Days---Grant MacEwan University

Continuing with my school days theme. This is the downtown campus of Grant MacEwan University. Grant MacEwan started in 1971 as a community college and in 2009 became a university.
It has four campuses throughout the city. The largest is this one downtown. I find the architecture a little different but nice to look at. They have plans to eventually merge all of the campuses into this one downtown
Just a little sidenote. Took this shot after coming out of a Starbucks that is located across the street

This looks pretty impressive, i like symetrical things and for a building this is nice to look at, better than just blocks..

Buildings like this one are what make architecture an art as well as a science. It's pleasing for the eye to look at but probably had some interesting construction details as well. Nice shot!

Starbucks is smart..where there is a school or better yet a University there is a Starbucks...its the same here too. you're saying they are maybe combining all campuses downtown..is there so much land available downtown??
