A faded past by bkbinthecity

A faded past

We were walking towards the Library downtown today when Melody spotted this old sign on the side of the Ramsey Building which was once home to the T. Eaton Department Store.
I have walked past this building so many times and somehow I have always missed this until today. So I tip my hat to my wonderful wife who has been such a great part of our 365 project. Have a wonderful weekend everyone
Nice capture on this one. Like the B&W.

A very nice find, I wonder how old this sign must be? I seems to be way back when anyone referred to a Super Market or Grocery store as a Groceteria ..........
