Original Joes in Black and White by bkbinthecity

Original Joes in Black and White

Original Joes is one of many restaurants in Edmonton.
It is located in a building that was opened as McCray's Garage in 1914. Opened by Milton McCray as an automobile repair service and auto storage service. It ran until 1937.
From 1941-70 it was home to the Chicago Vocational School offering courses in automotive repair, refrigeration, welding, show card writing, photography and TV repair. Since then it had been home to a variety of retail outlets and restaurants.
Beautiful Brick building and nice capture and nice information about this building. FAV
