First let me thank you all for your wonderful comments and my apologies for not getting the chance to respond and comment on your photos. It is busy at work and I am dealing with a spring cold that has left me a little worn out. How things have changed. Here is a photo featuring some of Edmonton's police force back in 1913
So neat to see them on bicycles. :) A very appealing vintage photograph!

I like the vintage here and yes 1913..a long time ago.
I battle a chest infection already for three weeks. this one is holding on. get better soon.

Lovely to see these old shots. My eyes were drawn to the motorbike and the pushbike - looks like the handlebars are the same! Hope you feel better soon.

@olivetreeann Ann they certainly have but it is interesting to note that the police here do have a squad that uses bicycles in parks here in the city
