Special Project

Well in light of the tragic events concerning our family over the past couple of days I decided to go through some old photos.
I came across this one. In 2012 the Alberta Legislative Building turned 100 years old. At the time the government started a centennial project.
They decided to create a Centennial Plaza on the north side of the grounds.
I took this picture in 2012. Tomorrow I will post a shot of the finished project which opened earlier this year.

That is one of the interesting things about cities- they are constantly changing and yet a lot is still the same. It will be interesting to see how it turned out.
