At The Park

Edmonton is blessed to have so many different parks. One of them overlooks the river valley. This one is named after Walter Grant Notley. Grant Notley was the leader of the provincial New Democrat Party. In 1984 he was killed in a plane crash.
Although he never became Premier of Alberta he would be pleased that today his daughter who followed in his footsteps did exactly that in 2015
