Half Mast

On our way home from Rundle Park the other day l made a stop at City Hall. The flags were at half mast in honour of Jeanne Lougheed. She was the wife of former Premier Of Alberta Peter Lougheed.
Premier Lougheed passed away about 8 1/2 years ago and his wife just passed away a few days ago.
