Meet Norm

I was going into the grocery store and I heard some beautiful music. I looked over and saw this gentleman. We had a chat. He said he decided today to get out of the house and find a spot to share his music.
I thanked him for spreading a little bit of joy and happiness around.
He also didn't mind having his picture taken
