Clean your bedroom up young lady!

Another pic from the Abbey so I dont have to think of a 365 for a couple of days!!! There's an admission.
My other half and I were tickled to see that loads of pigeons had made a home at the abbey, tucked up in nooks and crannies all over. I do think they need to clean their nests tho, thats an awful lot of poop!
thats a nice picture... like your comments too!

Nice shot! I'll keep my opinion of pigeons to myself. :)

I love the innocent look of her: Dirt? Where do you see dirt around here?
One of these point of view things!

Wow - nothing like sitting in your own poop is there?!

Your Abbey photos are really awesome--love this one though. She looks quite tucked in.

eyww! Bet the smell was terrible. The National Museum here used to have bats roosting in its rafters- only a couple of years ago- they successfully moved the bats on but the damage from their poop can still be seen...

Looks like she's taking a break from all her cleaning and enjoying a little refreshment through a straw. Excellent shot.

Love the light falling on her...so crisp and clear. Mess? What mess? That's my place if you don't mind...:-)
Thanks for your comments....knee not so bad when we were out. Didn't do the usual tramping around but I did sit in the car with the Sundays while Chris went off with his scope for a while.

Great shot! Pigeons really are messy birds.

It's not often you catch pigeons sitting on their nests... as for them being messy or dirty birds? Here in Brisbane, they've figured out how to use the drinking fountains to have baths... so they're far from messy or dirty; and it takes 3 of them doing it. One is a lookout. The second jumps on the handle that releases the water, and the third takes their bath. Then, they all switch places... rather smart in the way they do it really.
