Its just gone 11.30pm and we're not long back from the Bingley Music live 3 day festival..

The Buzzcocks were the last band to play, and were pretty damn fine and very rock and roll. Certainly beat the noisey group that were on before, who's trick was to spit up into the air, then catch and swallow it again. I think I must be getting old coz it didnt look cool, it looked revolting! Still, better than spitting at the pit.
I enjoyed popping out after the three song rule and seeing my other half pogo with the best of them at the front, although he says he's a bit sore now tho, grins. Oh - and he had fun earlier when we were backstage, he saw the buzzcocks arrive and then eat dinner just a couple tables away from us in the hospitality tent. Nice to see old childhood hero's in the flesh but he went all shy and was whispering!! So cute!
Back tomorrow for a little PIL, very much looking forward to seeing John Lydon - should see if I can get him to sign a margarine tub...
I listened to the Buzzcocks a lot in the late '70s/early '80s. Good to see they're still cranking it out. Hard for me to consider them "oldies", though. Great shot. :)
Hey what a cool girl you are!! The Buzzcocks eh?? and John Lydon next! The spitting thing sounds quite gross!! lol anyway friend I'm off for a couple of weeks to North Cyprus for a bit of R & R.....I'll think of you as I sit by t'pool sipping my Brandy Sour.
