Can't get into photography this week nor 365. Sorry for not being around to comment on much..
Thought of the theme, did this, didnt like (but dont care too much). Dreading tomorrow - off to Cornwall tomorrow to visit my parents/get stuff out of the loft... long drive and my Dad is a prize tosspot. Am looking forward to taking the woofa out for walks though, and I think that going out all the time will just about keep me sane. Perhaps!

I like it a lot, too. Everybody needs a break. I am not feeling it much either this week. I don't understand some of the words you used to describe your up coming weekend but I am pretty sure I get it. :) Wishing you the best on that one!
I hear ya, sweetie! My inspiration was running a bit low but I have seen some fabulous shots on here today to help get me motivated and I have a fun trip planned for this weekend to look forward to! I get to leave right after work tomorrow and can't wait! Hope you get some of the excitement back soon. =) *hugs*
Freida, thanks for your comment. The film in many ways was brilliant. I was blown away by the camera angles, pretty tightly written screenplay, artistically done. I just can't handle that stuff at the end of the day. I love Shyamalan because he can create that suspense effect but often chooses to shield us from too much of the guts and gore. He gives full impact but off frame - to me that is often more powerful. You might like this movie....it was social commentary. The images were too personal for me - it looked like my train station in Japan. Couldn't handle it. :)
I am heading to the Great Reno Balloon Race in Reno, NV. I leave tomorrow after work to meet up with an old friend from high school and then I will be spending the day there Friday and returning home in the afternoon Saturday. Sunday looks like it will be a trip to the coast to go geocaching with some friends. I have never done that before so it should be interesting. =)
I am sure I will! I am really looking forward to the glow show and dawn patrol (a number of pilots are certified to fly at night!). I just hope I mastered night photography enough to pull off some good shots. =)
For someone who can't get into photography, this is surely one amazing shot. Wow! I adore the simplicity. It definitely goes straight into my folder of favorites!
