Weekly Theme - Exercise

With our switch to posting the themes on Mondays, this week's theme is inspired by the all-popular Monday Motivation and a common-spread effort to get up, get moving and do some exercise.

Whether you're heading to a yoga class after work, like I do on Mondays, or you like to get up and out for a morning walk, exercise comes in the form of so many different activities!

Don't feel the pressure to look to your own lifestyle for photo inspiration, look out for people, or pets, that are getting a good workout around you! From runners in the park, children bouncing on a trampoline or a dog catching a frisbee mid-air, hopefully you won't have to look far to catch some action.

I'm already looking forward to seeing your entries, maybe it'll inspire us to try something new!

How to enter this week's theme

When uploading your photos use the tag section (on the edit/organise screen) and insert this week's theme tag: theme-exercise.

Entry Guidelines: Photos must be your own and must have been taken and uploaded from Tuesday 17th April until the following Sunday (6 days). 5 finalists will be chosen on the Monday evening (PST), then you get to vote for the winner.

Please note, we have shifted our theme dates a little, posting a new theme every Monday evening (PST). Recently, we've found that life keeps getting in the way on Sunday evenings and Mondays should prove more consistent, which will be better for the 365 community.

We're so pleased @rjb71 shared the delight of seeing such a beautiful viaduct, surrounded by water instead of carrying it! We love how the subtle reflections in the floodwater maximize the impact of the immaculate repetition of huge brick archways. Lovely shot!

We really enjoyed looking at your interpretations for last week's essentials theme. As always, you guys submitted fabulous entires and really thought about how to get creative with the things we so often take for granted!
