Sometimes the most simple of things can have the biggest impact, and in photography the same can be said about focusing on something in isolation.
We want you to focus on finding subjects that stand out from the crowd - whether it's a single object in front of a plain background, a pop of colour in a B&W white image, or something you spot in the landscape that has a bold, isolated presence!
From a tree in a field or a single rose in a vase to a person walking down an empty path to a yellow cab in a busy B&W cityscape, there lots of classic shots you can start with! Plus, we're super excited to see what original shots you come up with too.
How to enter this week's theme
When uploading your photos use the tag section (on the edit/organise screen) and insert this week's theme tag: theme-isolation.
Entry Guidelines: Photos must be your own and must have been taken and uploaded from Monday 26th February until the following Saturday (6 days). 5 finalists will be chosen on the Sunday afternoon (PST), then you get to vote for the winner.
Winner of the 'Love' theme
Thanks again to everyone who took a minute to vote for last week's love theme, we're very pleased to announce @henrir as the winner!
It's safe to say the 365 community really fell for this heart-warming and natural photograph by @henrir. Titled as a 'selfie' it looks as if they're having too much fun together to really pay attention to what the camera is doing and I think that's my favourite part!
Vote for the 'Macro' theme winner
We thoroughly enjoyed looking at all of this week's entries! As always we were blown away by how many talented photographers we have in the community. We finally managed to choose just five finalists for the macro theme, so now it's over to you.
To cast your vote, just reply to this blog post with the number (in digit form) of the photo you would like to see win.
I vote for number 1 this week.
