Weekly Theme - Taste

This week we are focusing on our sense of taste, the third in our five-theme sequence.

If you're like us, food is a big deal - all thanks to our sense of taste! So we hope you have fun with this week's theme, capture the foods you love and loathe, or the process of working through a recipe to create your favourite treats.

As well as focusing on what we can taste, also think about how we react to taste! From the satisfaction of sipping a fresh coffee to the shock of tasting something sour or the heat of something spicy!

We can't wait to see what you capture - we're expecting to feel very hungry when we look at your entries!

How to enter this week's theme

When uploading your photos use the tag section (on the edit/organise screen) and insert this week's theme tag: theme-taste.

Entry Guidelines: Photos must be your own and must have been taken and uploaded from Monday 21st August until the following Saturday (6 days). 5 finalists will be chosen on the Sunday afternoon (PST), then you get to vote for the winner.

How could we resist this cute kitten peeking at us? With such crispness and glowing colour, this shot looks like it took hours to perfect, but the moment might have only lasted a second, showing real skill to capture such a fab picture!
