We're already six weeks into the year, which also means we're very excited to announce the first theme winner of 2019, for January's Rule of Thirds theme!
Thank you to everybody who took a moment to check out the six finalist photos before casting a vote for their favourite photo. We're thrilled to announce @taffy as the winner!
We love how @taffy's composition uses thirds to emphasize the distance between the two flamingos. The beautiful reflections and cloudy blueish grey water make the fine details of the closest flamingo really pop and stand out, it almost feels like we're there in person!
Remember there is still time to take part in the latest monthly theme "Black and White", so get tagging before February 28. We'll reveal the finalists in the first couple days of March!
