Every year, I try to buy seeds of something that I've never planted before. Sometimes things take, most often not. This year, this flower took, and the little piece of paper that I wrote on identifying the plant got misplaced, so I yet again have a mystery flower. I go through this every year. What is wrong with me.....
A good idea is to paint the name on a flat stone and put it by the plant! That happened in my garden and all was ok until some visiting children decided to throw the stones around the garden!
Love the capture. My hubby, a very keen gardener thinks it may be a Zinnia or Gerbera. I bury little plastic name tags in at the roots of the plant but sometimes even they get lost!
