Once saw a period piece film in Colorado, old west story, that was a good film, but as they panned the street, between the buildings was a pole with a mercury-vapor lamp hanging from it.
@byrdlip haha, I can totally see your point about the power lines. However, bringing power to Bodie was an early demonstration of electricity, and is just as much an historic artifact as the rest of the town.
