Mt Etna

Had a perfectly clear day on Mt Etna on the day that we went. This photo is just but a mere sliver of the volcano. The mountain was impressively massive. We did not hike to the top, however, as we did not feel like forking over 100 euros to do so (via chairlift and volcanologist guide)

We hiked around the mountain once. We couldn’t go to the top because it was just a week after an eruption. Quite impressive and hot. Good memories too.
