Lame because the only pictures I took today were of the little creek that runs next to the Kum & Go station where I stopped to get gas today! Not great but it's a picture I took today so I guess it qualifies! Sometimes these ducks wander over into the parking lot, especially in the spring when they're totally preocuppied with the mating game...dumb idea with all the cars constantly coming and going but as far as I know none have ever been run over so they must be smarter than they look! :)

Isn't it funny how we are taking photos of places we barely glanced at before. It opens the world to us. I love the flight action. You frozen so well. Nice shot.
To you, it's next to the Kum & Go, to me it's in the middle of nowhere. You have caught a lot of activity there and the framing of the branches completes the scene. It's really a great shot, Paula.
