We had thunderstorms during the night and woke up to a gray morning and more rain but on the bright side the grass is starting to turn green. I messed around all day until about 6 pm and decide I better get busy and find a picture so my husband and I headed out to the state park up the road that I can always count on in a picture emergency. When we left the sun was trying really hard to break through the clouds and eventually did, just in time for sunset and what a beautiful sight it created because as soon as the sun came out a mist was beginning to form on the water and the geese flew in. It was just a magical hour while we were there but no matter how hard you try you just can't capture the sheer beauty of it sometimes. Taken with a wide angle lens.
It's beautiful...I still need to take my WAL out for a test ride...can't wait till the landscape gets a little greener and fuller...this is such a pretty shot and I am thinking about what you wrote....you probably had to be there to fully capture the beauty of this moment. Nicely shot!
