Sorry for all the uploads today...I'm waaay behind on posting so I'll be trying to catch up over the next few days. Please, no need to comment since I'm posting so many all at once.
Not only was this Cardinal cantankerous this morning but I think maybe he was a tad bit jealous. An Indigo Bunting had just landed on the other side of the feeder and he didn't appear to want to share with him. The Cardinals are usually the prettiest birds at the feeders but maybe the Oriorles, Goldfinches & Buntings are making him feel a little insecure lately!
Oh my gosh, what a face! He does have an attitude. I would love to see an indigo bunting, though. Do they actually come to the feeder? I've only seen them as ground feeders.
