What a sight for sore eyes this was! Now, this might not look like anything for any of you. I am struggling with the PC monitor and weird colour effects, so here's a near SOOC. It looked lovely on my camera screen...
Had a surprisingly calm last day at work and actually managed to get away on time to catch my flight home. Made it to Amsterdam without any problems, only to be stuck in a security queue that wasn't moving for nearly 15 minutes...needless to say I was running like mad to catch my connection - and arrived at the gate a minute before they closed it, alongside two other out-of-breath passengers. Phew! Very happy to be home and to be greeted by my parents and sisters! Very late supper for me and just a quick shot of my mum's advent wreath. She did suggest it, saying most of you won't be used to an advent wreath. Hope everyone is having a restful and joyful time over the holidays!
Lovely warm colours, love the glow! Have seen advent wreaths but not so low down as this one - guess the one at school is only burned a few minutes each day for a couple of weeks...the same candles have been going for years!
